SMT Assembly

For serial production, we have 3 lines equipped with the best technology. The SMD production process is divided into 3 phases:

• Printing: This is the process where we apply a solder paste to the PCBs. This is essential for end quality, which Montronic guarantees thanks to SPI inspection of 100% of soldering and our experience in designing printing screens.
• Pick&place insertion: This phase consists of inserting components into the PCB. Our lines have high-performance equipment that is capable of assembling nanotechnology components with formats starting at 01005. We have electronic feeders that are highly reliable and guarantee exact control over traceability of inserted components.
• Reflow: This is the solder paste curing process. We have 8 phases on the 3 furnace lines to inspect soldering curve in detail.
